Rogers Service

Rude, overpriced, corrupt, and awful customer service. 300 dollars for a tow that was 7 minutes away.. I was taken in an ambulance, so the police called them and they take advantage of someone who couldn’t make a call to roadside assistance due to a tongue laceration! Wouldn’t recommend using their services at all! Look elsewhere!

I went in for an alignment check figuring that I needed an alignment done on my SUV. I've used Roger's in the past with my previous car, Civic. I trust Roger's with my car. Feb.2018, I had an issue with my caliper failing on my 2012 Dodge Journey. It caused A LOT of break dust on my rim. As soon as I walked in for my appt, one of the guys noticed the break dust and asked me how long it was like that. I told him the issue & situation. He said he'd see what they could do to clean that up. I am VERY pleased with how they took it upon themselves without me asking to see if they could do anything about it. Whatever they did was amazing as it looked SO much better than what it did when I brought it in for service. They truly care about their customers! With a little elbow grease and some paper towels this morning I was able to clean it up even more and it's much closer to being back to normal thanks to whatever Rogers did to help clean it up.

Always sucks getting towed but for the most part employees were nice and friendly. No problems. Thanks Amanda An Reed!

At first had a good experience. Until i got home and realized that they put a hole in my tire and scratched up the rim. And im sure since i have already left they will either blame me or say that it was already there even tho they are brand new 400$ tires not even a month old. Not to mention the ridiculous pricing of storage fees

Rogers has knowledgeable and competent staff, a rarity if you ask me. I was satisfied with the work and the price was fair.
