Ruby Tuesday

I used to love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar and french onion soup combo. It was a special time for my mother-in-law to have a girls day out. Now I'm gluten free and was looking for a good place to have lunch. The majority of chain restaurants have gluten-free options readily available. So I chose Ruby Tuesday's thinking that at least I could get a salad. Turns out there gluten free menu is online and not available at this Ruby Tuesday. It's very difficult to find the online gluten free menu Period. Eventually I gave up, then just ordered a turkey burger with something else. It was not what I wanted but I needed food. The service was excellent however.

Have been here many times over the years and usually the food and service are great but not today! Went here with a friend for lunch and we each had the salad bar. Server took our drink orders which were simply water for each of us. Went to the bar and came back but still no drinks. Finally the hostess (not the server) noticed we had no drinks and brought our water. Server never refilled our water and only stopped by once to grab a dirty plate. Took awhile to even get our bill and then we had to flag her down to take our payment. Not sure why the service was so bad today. Food on the bar was not as good as usual either. Very disappointed.

Great food and service! Prices are reasonable. Beyond excellent would give 10 stars if I could.

We had the best waitress, Jess so helpful and personable. The Fried Chicken Cobb salad was excellent. The sliders were awesome, and the price was a great value.

Everything was good except for my soup and my son in laws soup came to us cold. All other food came too us wonderful. Service was fantastic.
