Great food and excellent service! They were quite busy but got us in quickly and the food came quickly as well bacon was done perfect delicious grits and the eggs were Medium as ordered. The pecan pancakes have a load of pecans in them and it they are delicious! The staff is very friendly! The tables were wiped down and very wet. And when it dried all the glass marks were still present. Maybe a different sanitizing solution or hotter water and a quick drying cloth would make the table more appetizing. I would definitely recommend you stop in if you're in the area! Perfect location within walking distance of the motels.

Very pleasant and nice atmosphere to dine...the food was good as well. Everyone was sweet and courteous. Although a new employee, Amanda was very helpful and gracious.

While I know very well what it is like to be short staffed, business booming, and not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel anywhere insight, I will not now or ever condone the customer service I experienced.  I know I’m a tough crowd to impress with standards far above the normal, but this was inexcusably the worst experience. I will just add that kind words, an apologetic/sympathetic attitude, and a smiling face go a long way.  It’s Christmas.  I placed an order online that quoted 16 minutes i arrived 18 past promised time. I stood within 18 inches of 1 and 3 feet of 4 to 5 other employees for over 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence.  If I hadn’t paid online I’d be out the door by now.  Finally over 6 minutes into my visit I’m acknowledged and helped she said sorry once and went on. They found my food about 7 more minutes later. I specifically asked for untensils napkins and such things I know are expensive that’s why you request and not expect them. I finally get home $50 down the drain and I’m excited to surprise my family which I never spend time with, with Christmas breaks fast.  Well this starts next issue one meal was half eaten with 2 sausage Pattie’s so burnt and dried out my dog ran from them, fries undercooked no seasoning, waffles half the normal size, and a burger,thank goodness was ordered for dog, that again he said no thank you, that was so raw I took pictures…. Then comes 2 untensil packs for 5 meals, no napkins, no butter and 2 syrup for 3 meals.  To think I stopped Just to get cash for a tip as google pay didn’t list option I could see.  Big disappointment and let down.  We would have been better off with the charbroiled burgers from circle k

So I would say that this is an upscale waffle house I like my food very much . My husband had the ribeye platter and it hit the spot. I love steak so I had to sneak a taste I wasn't expecting gourmet but I was happily surprised. Coffe not good but the sweet tea was excellent . Our waitress was wonderful. Loved itFood: 5/5

The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time. Coffee was excellent sausage biscuit tasted great and the waitress did an excellent job. Wish I lived in that area because I would definitely go back ever morning for breakfast

Our food sat in the warmer for 15 mins waiting on eggs and bacon to be finished. Eggs where not cooked all the way and neither was the bacon.  Our waitress was nice. Compared to our visit last year this place has gone down hill....cooking staff need to be retrained or trained!

Pitiful ! Took FOREVER to get waited on. My wife ordered a patty melt and fries, no onions on it and the hamburger patties were black and the fries were cold, not even warm. I ordered a extra egg with the chicken fried steak breakfast platter and they put the extra egg on top of the chicken fried steak and covered it with gravy. Half the hash browns were hard as a rock. They ended up not charging for everything. Will definitely not be back.

We stay next door at the hotel often and it’s convenient to walk over after work to eat. We always hope the service gets better but never does. If the employees aren’t arguing and making a scene, then we are waiting somewhere between an hour and hour and 45mins !! Tonight we waited close to 2 hours in which we had to change our order 3 times bc they kept coming back to the table saying they don’t have burgers, Philly meat or southwestern bowl. No joke!! In the 3 years we’ve been coming here it never changes! After we finally got our food we was so tired and aggravated at 9:30pm that we didn’t feel like eating. I do realize we could go elsewhere but we drive semi trucks and park at the hotel so walking distance is why we come. Not happy at all tonight!

This place is a SCAM! We ordered two burger meals, with some hot cocoa and mashed potatoes. Everything tasted like it was store bought, right down to the pies. My fries were cold, stale, and hard. His hashbrowns didn't have a lot of cheese despite paying for it! On top of that, both of our burger patties were over cooked and we were both missing ingredients from the burgers Tomatoes, Lettuce, Sauce, etc. All of the Tupperware was found open and thrown into the bags without a second thought. Never coming here again, just go down to Waffle house next time to save yourself the trouble.
