Safeway

I have had very good experiences with this Safeway location over my months of shopping here. Usually well stocked, responsive staff, and decent prices (particularly if you get a Safeway Club card). My one complaint is that if you happen to catch them during a stocking time, they will be completely out of some particular item. However, this rarely happens and the store is normally well ready for service.

You cannot get a loyalty card at checkout. You will either need to use the kiosk first or ask someone in line to use their number. The people I spoke with were nice and the selection was good.

Old Safeway. We are suprised such a poor grocery store exists in DC. Great for the community that a grocery exists but Safeway could invest some money into it. Shelves are sometimes understocked. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Vui Bui always has great attitude and provides good customer service and definitely one of the hardest workers.

Great selection of food and other items like make-up, gifts, greeting cards, and household goods. Very personable service.
