Sally Beauty

Has all you need for beauty - hair, face, nails, ect. Generally, at a great discount. I'm a member and olive shopping at Sally's.

All was good, as can be. I was offered help and the sales person was making a great effort. Small store but growth will most likely happen for Sally' s in Lawrence.

Great store with products across the country. However the Lawrence branch has staff which are really rude, a bit short tempered, and really no help. I have been buying Sally Beauty products for more than 8 years now, so I just go to a KC store to buy my stuff.

Recently went in to buy a new brand of hair dye. Every other type I've ever bought came with everything you needed for that dye job in the box. I wanted to try ion for the first time, and assumed everything I needed would be in that box. It was not. I'm not faulting the store for this, but it would have been really helpful if the person ringing up my items had mentioned that I could not dye my hair with this alone, that other products were needed. I don't feel like this is asking too much, as the people working at a beauty salon should be familiar with or somewhat knowledgeable about what they are selling. I wouldn't feel right selling something to someone without everything they need to successfully use the product from my store.

Expensive, but they've got almost anything you could possibly need beauty-wise. Also, it's well-maintained but it's a very small space with cramped aisles.
