Although, in my opinion on the lower end  of the beauty supply chain stores. It is open to the public. And it is always equipped with friendly associates. They have a decent selection and the prices are usually good because of the fact that there are almost always sales. People are always willing to help you in there without feeling like you're being pestered. Lastly, one of my favorite things about this place is that they have extremely long hours from open to close 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the summer.
