Sally Beauty

I've been going to Sally Beauty for over 15 years. Never had any problems with the employee's. Until the last year. Especially the new manage .. She is the worst ! I know she won't be there for long. Not good at communicating.

The employees are knowledgeable about their products. I wanted a wax pot and the young woman working found me a whole set that had just gone on sale. I was so happy after finding out I didn't have to buy the wax, strips, applicators and everything else, it was all included. Thanks!

Online it says they do not close until 6pm on Google. I arrived at Sally at 5:22pm on sunday December 10th. There lights where on with 3 employees inside. They looked right at me as I walked up to the store. Then they decide to turn the lights off. Then walk to the back of the store. Not even a sorry where close we open again at 10pm. I thought that was rude. Why wait until I get to the door to turn off the lights. I looked at the door for store hours. Yes it did state on door close at 5pm Sundays. But no need to be like that. Every other company I know turns lights off right as they close, with door being locked. Those employees will cost there company money with how customers are treated. Why would I want to go back when I was treated like that!!!

I went in there to get a lightener and some hair dye. I grabbed a lightener off of the shelf and asked her for the price, and she said “This can only be sold to professionals”. That part is reasonable; however, she took it from me and put it back on the shelf and offered me no assistance finding anything that I could buy without being a hairstylist, even though she walked by me several times while I struggled finding something. Was in there for about 30 minutes without being offered help once.

Your store hours are clearly posted on your site and I dont know about you but closing an hour early seems extremely unprofessional and very rude to customers. Maybe find workers who are willing to work the entire time and not close their stores. Just a thought.
