I stopped in there to pick up some shampoo. That I knew they carried because my friend had purchased it there. I couldn't remember the name. There were 2 girls working. One of them The dark haired girl who seemed to be in charge was just Rude! She seemed pissed that I knew they had what I was looking for. Insisted that They didn't would not help me look for it. Just acted annoyed with me the whole time I was there. When I got the name from my friend. She seemed pissed that I they did have it. She was just rude for no reason. The most uncomfortable experience. The worse customer service ever!

My shopping experience today was very nice. Rebekah greeted me and after I told her what I needed, she took me straight to it and made some other suggestions for me as well. I am looking forward to using my new Shampoo. Thanks Rebekah!
