Serena Sicilian Influenced Gastropub

Great potential but horrible service. Our waiter messed up the order and sometimes, didn’t bring food at all. This restaurant is located at convenient place with ample parking. Ambiance is good. Theme is very inviting. Menus is different from regular Italian which is good. They have some great drink and cocktails. But service brings everything down.

Tacky decor, disgusting food, not enough parking, slow service, greasy waiters. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great location. Service horrible! Food tasteless! Will not be back! Manager went from table to table asking if everything was okay. I said not really, he said ok and kept moving to the next table. He didn't care in the least what my answer was. Host was rude, told me no to sitting at a smaller table (I was by myself) instead she sat me at a big 4 top table, even though there were several small tables available. Server was so swamped because host kept seating his section and no one ever came to help him. I watched tables sit waiting for their orders to be taken with water glasses completely empty. Manager wondering around the tables pretending to do I don't know what, clearly nothing. Spaghetti sauce, marinara, no flavor, no seasoning, tasted like it was poured straight from the can. So disappointed!!

This is my favorite lunch spot around S. Miami Blvd. It's a little pricier than typical lunch fare but the food is worth going upscale for. I'd give them a 5 star except I've found that as they get full up with people waiting, service gets slower. They still do well. It's just my personal opinion that they could do better when the pressure is on.

Good customer care and tasty food. We had a team dinner here and everyone enjoyed. Would visit again!!
