Sprint Store

Great staff. I've gotten my last two phones from here and its always been a pleasant experience!

Greeted by employee as we walked in the store. Answered all my questions without knowing if I was going to make a purchase. Purchase was quick and setup complete with no issues

Terrible Customer Service. I stood in the store for over 30 min before i was even spoken to or greeted.I will never go into this store location ever again

I was looking for a SIM card for a phone I purchased, I live in Villa Rica, I went all over to find one and got the run around at every store except this one, They were great and super helpful. I would recommend it to anyone!

This location has terrible customer service. Rather than answering a simple question, I was taken in a circle and nothing was explained. It wasn't a one time experience. They talk to you as if you're stupid.

I live 15 miles from this store. I called at 4:45 asked what time they closed he stated 8p. Got here at 5:28 to be told that the store was closing at 5pm today. This is a huge inconvenience. Used to be one of my favorite stores but over the last couple of years their customer service has dropped.

Everyone was rude i had to wait 10min before i was acknowledged, no one colud help me they told me to call customer service and customer service to me to go in the store so many problems with sprint!!

My experience with the Sprint establishment was pleasant. The associates were attentive to my needs and help me get what I needed done quickly.

Kierra is very knowledgeable and professional!! Ism not very IT SAVY and she took her time and explained everything. I wish all young people would take a page from her book!!!!
