Great Dealership, the owner is a great family man and he treats you like family will help out where he can to make your experience worth coming in as does the rest of the staff. Service department is runned by great guy Anthony who is always doing the right thing for you. Never had a bad experience as I had with other dealerships. Great friendly atmosphere to experience.

Had a wonderfully stress-free experience with Cole! Leasing my new Subaru Outback was quick and easy. I would have given a 5 star review, however the location is a bit tricky. It is a very tight area with much traffic. However, it was worth it.

It seems that their phone system is broken. I have tried calling 8 times and all I get is “Sorry, no one is available to answer this call”. Then it says would you like to talk to the operator and I say yes and then it says once again “Sorry, no one is available to answer this call. Would you like to talk to the operator?” And it keeps going in an endless cycle. I tried the service department and no one is available (even on different days of the week). I tried the sales department and no one is available, the phone system cycles back to the operator again into an infinite loop.

We have been taking our two Subarus (also purchased at Subaru Stamford) to this service department since we bought them, in 2010 and 2015. I always have a good experience, from the time of making the service appointment to picking vehicle up. The process is efficient and the staff are exceptional: courteous, knowledgeable,and proficient. I trust their recommendations completely, which is not something that can be said for service departments at many dealerships. Highly recommend!!

Dropped off my Subaru this morning at 7:30 AM for Oil Change, and Tire Rotation. Picked it up at 11AM. Additionally they re balanced my tires, corrected a piece of weather-stripping on the tip of the hood that was coming off, replaced a side marker (light was out), gave me new wipers, and a voucher for a car wash, all free of charge. That's the way to do business. Thank you Danny and Stamford Subaru.
