Mold in the tub. Dirty chair. Dirty A/C Broken lock on door Damaged hot tube Drug addicts hanging around in the lobby during free breakfast. Bums hanging around in front of the hotel door. Switched rooms two times. Second room was a bad as the first room. Photos enclosed Wish i could get my money back.

I have to pick a star. Otherwise it would of been none. Location is convenient, but rooms aren't heated. The TV doesn't get many channels. The first thing I saw when I pulled up was 3 Charles county sheriff. Overall it should be much cheaper to stay here. I'll pay the extra money to go to Marriott from now on.

The gentleman "Larry" working the front desk was great. He deserves a job at a real hotel. This is the m ok st disgusting and nasty hotel I've ever stepped into. It should be condemned by the city of Waldorf.

Rooms on the 1st floor all smell of mildew , bathrooms have moisture mildew uhh, but clean. Staff is kool, but i think I may need another room. Shabby renovations needs more attention 😳

Staff members are so far the best I ever stayed at. Hotel do need a serious upgrade.
