Motel 6 Washington DC Southeast - Camp Springs

I reserved a smoking room for 5 days. I had to go out and buy my own ash trays. The covers had cigarettes burn holes in them. The tub had burn marks all over it. There was no stopper, so I couldn't take a hot bath, and I suffer from back aches. I could only shower. I was there on business and pleasure. The beds were very comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

Well I'm not a real picky person at all. But the room we stayed in room 228 was pretty bad. The bedding was drained and had holes, that didn't bother me. But the blood on the wall was the kicker. Then the door, it seemed like it had been kicked in a few times it was real fragile. I can say unless the place is cleaned up and is more presentable I wouldn't stay there again .

My stay was okay my room was roomy and comfortable. The lady at front desk was nice and friendly, the man at desk when checking out was not friendly and did not engage with us. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. Liked that there was a online order in menu in the room to have food delivered downside you have to order at least $20 in food. I was not happy with the TV service couldn't get the channels I wanted(food, cooking, bravo,tlc,tbs,tnt, oxygen, we,own). Two dollars for a bottle of water is too high. Don't understand why there was no do not disturb sign in the room!

This place is ratchet! No one was available in the lobby I had to walk and find the desk clerk while waiting for her to attend to me at the desk I over heard her and another guest upset that I looked for the clerk for service. Than I over heard a pimp negotiating prices and what his girl will do for the price appears prostitutes and pimps live on the premises I believe the owner is aware that his hotel is mainly occupied by pimps, prostitutes, and drug dealers yet they pa so he doesn't care

We like that I didn't have to pay an deposit and it was very quite despite that traffic of customers. Beds could be a little softer. Over all we enjoyed my stay . We would visit again.
