Super 8 by Wyndham Camp Springs/Andrews AFB DC Area

I booked a room for 3 days.Previous persons tank top and underwear were in the sheets. I was not given a new room. Remote to tv broke. Sheets and towels weren't clean. Staff was rude and wouldn't give me supervisor or managers number..... I called the next day and the same little white man from the day before gave me the same info he refused to me. I was extremely nice even though I was pissed. He smart mouthed me and when I finally reached the manager Reena, after a week of calling, she was rude. Offered me 20% off my next visit!! Who would want to stay there again?

I never post any reviews as I generally accept if theres a clean bed and a shower then it'll do. BUT - DO NOT STAY HERE EVER - I have travelled to most corners of the world work and this takes the prize as the worst hole i have ever stayed in bar none. On arrival at reception said they had no booking and I half suspect there was a double swipe my credit card (will be checking statement) when they reluctantly bothered to offer me a room. I would normally have walked but I'd already had 2 hotels sell me rooms and then tell me they were cancelling booking as oversold, so nothing else available and no other option by this time of night. When I walked into what they called reception and it stank, motel style rooms so I walked to my room past a car blasting music and plumes of cannabis smoke drifting out of it and several shall I say “ladies” hanging around it, IMHO the local dealer / pimp. Room was disgusting, dirty linen, broken furniture, no lock, scary looking electrics. The bonus was that the walls are paper thin, so was kept entertained all night with a screaming arguing couple one side and an overly amorous couple the other, also had some scary guys banging every door at 3am - To top it all, woke up to see a bed bug running for cover after his meal (if you’d like a picture of my little friend then see below), no doubt I’ll be covered in bites and fumigation of luggage required. Honestly, words don’t even begin to describe, i actually built a barricade against the door as it felt so unsafe. Took the decision to leave at 3:30 am to head to the airport and sit waiting for a flight for 4 hours rather than spend another second here - In summation - Filthy, infested and unsafe.

Terrible front desk clerk. Took 5 minutes for him to even acknowledge us and then he was totally rude!! I went to days inn next door. They are so much better!!!

Disgusting, I paid for a room and then got a refund as soon as I seen the room. Sheets and blankets were dirty with holes in them. They dont even deserve one star.

Omg what a mess!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!! First the on line price was $68 which is average for super 8 When I showed up to the front desk $95plus tax!!!! Nope!!!!!
