The ladies were very rude, not professional what so ever and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. They would not provide the information I requested and I had a legal right to know. No time the car was impounded, no rate policies that are suppose to be given to EVERY customer. I will be contacting a manager or someone superior to get this known in their company. I work for a company that unfortunately does business with them ALL THE TIME and they are still very unprofessional as well and go about things so different. I will be sharing this information with other tow companies and customers so they are not providing incorrect information and how they lack to provide ALL information and policies to their customers. I am outraged on how I was treated over the phone and how they treated my family when they went in requesting certain information about their own vehicle. ( They do not even deserve the 1 star)

Huge shoutout to Betty who gives out wrong information and makes her own policies and and even Bigger shout out to Betty's supervisor who left and didn't say when she was going but it was going to be a while before she got back. Where does the city get all of these superstars?!?
