Had a small family early Easter Sunday dinner. We sat in the window and had amazing food we and the kids loved! The service was friendly and the restaurant is lovely. I think we were sitting near the owner and his family. They were great. Can't wait to go back on a date night for live music!

This place has everything! We arrived during the awesome happy hour, great cocktail specials and appetizers. We shared the roast pork which was amazing! After dinner we went upstairs to listen to live jazz and play a couple of games in the game room. The next time I visit Baltimore I will definitely have this place on my list

This place is a treat! Live music (jazz) on Thursdays. A billiard room off the marble bar in the upstairs lounge. Classic cocktails. Attractive crowd. Dinner downstairs on white table cloths. Versatile menu. Owner on premises and clearly proud of this place. Structure is over 170 years old, very ornate. The food was very delicious.

Great food, subpar service, which is why it gets 3 stars. Sat us at an extremely small table not even big enough to hold two entree plates. Fortunately, they allowed us to move to a larger two top. Wasn't a busy night, but still took 15 minutes for bread and 20 minutes for drinks, so we just sat there. Our drinks were then empty by the time our food came out, but our server never came to check on us so we just ate. Finally came over when we were finished and offered us another round. One drink was made surprisingly poorly, so we brought it to our server's attention, but the second round was exactly the same and not corrected after letting the server know, which is disappointing. We're not very picky and both of us have worked in restaurants, but there were too many basic things completely missed. Overall, just not a good dining experience. We loved the food, but won't be going back. Unfortunately, wouldn't recommend to a friend.

We went here for our anniversary and they treated us so nicely. I never write reviews, but they were so nice to us that I had to! We sat right in front window with the comfortable chairs. The service was great, the food was great, and they made the whole experience really enjoyable. Will definitely go back.
