The Ridge Hotel

The Ridge had some nice amenities, but the rooms were average at best. Not enough outlets, the WiFi never worked in my room while I was there. Toilets were not clean. Bed was quite comfortable. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Beautiful grounds. I would say it's definitely not worth the price though.

The Location is very close to the city of Lake Geneva. The rooms are very nice and spacey. The service is top notch. Also it's pricing is very reasonable compared to the competition in the local area. 5 out 5 stars for us.

Lobby area is beautiful. Swimming pool was clean but not deep enough Food was delicious, and staff was very friendly. Had a wonderful time with good old friends. Can walk to the lake and even see it from the hotel. Nice fireplace located outside for the winter visitors. Definately coming back!

Wonderful hotel and resort. Went there for a friend's wedding. The staff was wonderful, took very good care of all of us. Hotel was coean, everything is modern and beautiful inside.

I was there with a group for a beer tasting event. Everything ran smoothly, was well maintained, and the hotel was beautiful inside, very sleek and modern without being harsh. They also had a great patio area!
