Timberline Restaurant

This is the epitome of an old fashioned western-US family diner/cafe. No surprise to see local cops, farmers, and families. They know where the good food is. Been here several times, always had great meals at a reasonable price and good service. If you are hungry and think you can withstand a heart attack, try the Monte Cristo. Wow!

We stopped here for the Tesla super charging station. Fortunately the food here was fresh and delicious and the service was very friendly. We had the Mexican salad and the sauteed mushrooms with artichoke hearts. It was really good! And the prices were reasonable. I would definitely be willing to eat here again.

Amazing food, fast service, friendly place. Rolls are to die for. Had the salmon and mashed potatoes in a reduction sauce with asparagus. The salmon was perfectly cooked with a little crunch on the outside. Yum. The pies look amazing and fresh. Best of all it's just off the highway! They even serve beer on a Sunday evening no kidding. Are we in a small Utah town???

We experienced a blown turbo on I-15 and ended up in Beaver, UT. This restaurant took us in and allowed us to hang out for 4+ hours as we awaited family to arrive for a tow. Their food is excellent - home style - like what Mom used to make. Service was friendly and understanding. I can't think of a better place to be broken down. Even though the vehicle situation was frustrating, this restaurant and their good service made the whole ordeal very pleasant.

We looked up a good restaurant in the vacinity, and it gave us The Timberline, about 50 miles away. We read the reviews and they spoke of great food, great service, and so on.... Well, they didn't lie!!!! One of the best meals we've had on the road in a long time, and we travel a lot. You will not be disappointed, and the salad bar was fantastic!!!! Enjoy!!!!!
