DO NOT SIT AT THE COUNTER.. I asked for it after being offered a booth or table since I was alone, which is why I'm not taking off any rating for that, but seriously don't. The counter top doesn't extend out nearly far enough, so you have to lean forward the entire time. Your legs are jammed against the logs that make it up as well. Just a bad design. But other than that, the food was alright. I had the ribeye and it was nearly all inedible fat which could've been better, but it was tasty. The herb roasted potatoes reminded me of my mom's, but I got 2 tiny potatoes cut in half and it wasn't very proportional to the rest of the sides. Everything else was satisfactory or better. The staff (Jaden, Kort, Tyler, and Brandon when I was there) were all very with it and eager to help. I would definitely come back, but take them up on a booth or table.

I usually take a friend out to Dirk's to eat once a week or so then I call in a takeout order once or twice a week. The food is always exceptional and the service is warm and friendly. I have even had the pleasure of having Dirk sit down with me and my granddaughter to chat for a few minutes. I have been at Dirk's when they have been completely full, with a line waiting for a table and I always get the same great service/food! There are only a handful of places to eat in Manti, I am glad that Dirk's is one of the choices. No need to make the drive to anywhere else in sanpete county, with Dirk's around!!

Great "Home Cooked" food menu. Meals are cooked to order, so it takes a little longer wait, but well worth it. Best place in the valley to eat.

This restaurant might be my favorite in all of Sanpete County. It's just good, solid food. The fries are fantastic (seriously, they're wonderful) . The steak is quality. The dessert is wonderful. Atmosphere is perfect.

Delicious. I had the Barnyard combo for breakfast with the Peaches and cream pancakes. Yummm. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly small-town servers.
