WINGERS Roadhouse Grill

Update, Feb 11, 2018. Emailed management and provided the requested information. No response. It's cool, your business will not see another dime from me. Additional star deducted. Price location. Barkeep was friendly and popcorn is a nice touch. However, my pale ale was served cool but not cold; the "atomic" wing sauce is really medium-plus; the chicken should have spent another 45 seconds in the fryer; bleu cheese portion just barely got the job done; and I received a single, large piece of celery.

RE're'view... The last few times eating here have much improved. Staff are much friendlier. The very last time was excellent! Original sauce, Bourbon BBQ and ranch mixed are the best drenching sticky fingers!! I would love to see a return to celery sticks cut to 3" pieces and halved again, and several served. Giant stalks are an oddity. Stars subject to change if service and/or quality deteriorate.

I never leave low ratings for a place, and I almost never have to send food back, but I had to do both with this place. The service was okay besides taking forever to bring food out. When I finally got my burger the bun was completely soaking wet and soggy. My kids didn't like their food and didn't eat so it ended up being a waste of like $50. Later when I went to the restroom to wash my hands there were no paper towels, had to dry my hands on my shirt. All in all a bad experience.

Food was really good and service was extremely attentive. Had the chicken salad which was good. The sticky fingers quesadilla was really delicious. Their Porter beer was very full bodied and scrumptious, almost desert like.

Had to go look for someone to seat us. Service was very slow. Took forever to get our bill. Definitely worst wingers I’ve been to. Watched other people waiting to be seated. Watched the waitress in the back kitchen just talking. Bad service all around.
