I’m currently doing the 6 week challenge and it’s the best thing I have ever done! I’m a mother of three children, all under the age of 10 and I have a full time job and husband to keep up with🤪. The 30 minute sessions are tough and the trainers are so motivational! I am able to squeeze this into my schedule due to their flexible workout times! If I can do it, anyone can! I absolutely love it! I recommend this experience to anyone that is ready to make a life changing decision about their health! Do it!

Being part of the TKFit family has been a great journey for me. It actually showed me that I am capable of so much more than what I give myself credit for. I have never been a huge fan of going to gyms, but the environment at TKFit is so fun and accommodating, that I actually look forward to my next work outs. Some of the exercises were challenging and tiring, yes, but the only way to see some changes in yourself is to actually push limits and boundaries. I love the fact that the work outs are only for 30 minutes. All the trainers I’ve had the honor of working out with were all fantastic. I also loved the meal plans and food recipes as well. So stop dreaming and wishing for your dream body figure, and actually start doing something about it. Work out, eat healthy, and start making good lifestyle choices. Don’t do it for anybody else. Do it for yourself. It will hurt and it will take a lot of time and sacrifice. But it will all be worth it in the end. You will not regret joining TKFit. Start the change now. You owe it to yourself.

I am definitely loving this place! Starting my fourth week here and I can say it’s totally worth it. I can see changes in my body, my mood and it’s great! They offer so much, great trainers, meal plans and Kai always giving such great advice with nutrition. I have yet to do the same workout since I’ve been here, every day it’s something different. There’s no getting the same routine which I think is awesome because routine is boring. Trainers are so motivating, there’s always someone pushing you and encouraging you to keep going. They definitely challenge you in ways we normally don’t challenge ourselves, push us out of our comfort zone to help us get the results we all want. I’m glad I found this gym, think this year is definitely gonna be a great year for me!!!

When I came in for information about the 6 week challenge I had a lot of doubts. And is already week 4 and it has been a life changing experience. I have been learning how to eat, how to exercise. Trainer Kai gave as the recipes, the grocery list and everything we need to loose weight. Great gym. Great trainers. Love it.

I'm 4 weeks into the 6 week challenge. So far, I love the classes and the atmosphere. I've been impressed since day 1 with the diversity in each workout, and the trainers' 'can-do' attitudes. The trainers take the time to learn each members' name, and genuinely care about the success of each person. I'm still deciding on whether or not the meal plan is for me/sustainable. The grocery list and calendar planning out each meal is helpful, but it'll be interesting figuring out what to do once the 6 weeks are over. I have been following the meal plan, and have only lost 2 pounds total. I'm not sure that this is working for me so far as far as weight loss goes; however, I know that this meal plan has worked for other challengers. I would also say that this plan is expensive when you add in the cost of all the food/protein powder, so just make sure you're serious.
