Kris is an AWESOME instructor. Very friendly; as soon as I indicated interest in boot camp he included me on the grouptext and everything. I love all the workouts we do, from intervals to cardio to weights and everything in between. This class keeps me accountable and I enjoy doing it with lots of fun people! Great experience and I highly recommend it! Lastly, I hate to be leaving Trufit, but I am moving so I will not be with them much longer. However, they made it very easy for me to cancel my membership, and I really appreciate the team and wish them well as they will be very successful in the future. Thanks TruFit!

Love these guys. Been working out with John for almost 3 years now. Always a great workout, leave sore everytime. I have definitely seen results!

Been training with TruFit for several months. JB is the best! Every session is different and custom to you. I am always sore but not too sore the day after. He knows everything about working out, diet, and how to stretch to prevent injuries. Fair pricing. Highly recommend trying it out!

Chris is a great trainer and instructor. Very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. From my first day, he's pushed me and continues to do so. Highly recommend him.
