Tom's Restaurant

Ate there for lunch. The kids had a blast when they recognized the sign from Seinfeld! The food was good. Nothing extraordinary, diner fare, but definitely good quality and tasted very good, and the service was very good as well, fast and very polite. Prices were reasonable. Overall a fun experience!

This place has a nostalgic air... Mainly because it was the place to dine on the show "Seinfeld". The place is dated and it shows but the food was great. Classic diner menu with some nice daily specials. The decor is reminiscent of New Yorks traditional facade of framed pictures of celebrities that once came by. The bathroom is small, one stalled, with a wall-mounted mini sink. Service was decent, the waitress seemed like the type that came off rude, but was really guiding you in the right path, almost mom-like. She took several orders including out own and never skipped a beat. She managed several tables and all special requests very well. I only reduced a star for the ambiance, while it's nice to look back, I almost got an icky feeling because everything looked very old, and not well-kept.

Tasty, but holy unremarkable. What kind of city food establishment only accepts cash? The staff is friendly enough but the food is nothing special and very overpriced. The bathroom is covered in graffiti by the way. The restaurant could be a bit cleaner as well. The only reason anyone would really want to eat here is that people do in Seinfeld.

You might recognize this diner from the television show Seinfeld. Its an actual diner. I usually order the cheese burger with fries or the lamb gyros. They were both delicious. The customer service is excellent and they are opened 24 hours on the weekend.

The attention is very good. The burgers are great. The bathrooms could be better. Not a fancy restaurant, but if you know where are you going (be it for the story of the place or because you are a Seinfeld fan) you won't be disappointed. They only accept cash, but there's an ATM inside.
