Transportation Department of the Clark County School District

Very horrible and disrespectful people. Not one person understands the definition of customer service, let alone spell it. I was on hold for 23 minutes ONLY to eventually get a survey. When answered. I was disconnected. I feel with the lack of people skills and disrespect they all should work fast food. At least there you'd expect rudeness and idiocrocy.

The call HOLD time is ridiculously long. ALSO, What is the point of the survey at the end of the call. Survey question: did the person clearly identify themself? OF COURSE she did its a survey question ----- thank you for taking this survey --- what a complete WASTE OF TIME SURVEY. The survey question should be are you happy with your experience today, to which the answer would be NO....I waited 33 min on hold for no reason. Was trying to cancel pick up but the bus showed up while I was in hold. 2 stars instead of 1 because the rep was courteous.

They should not get one star. CCSD Transportation is not Reliable!! They will drop your children off anywhere other then your house! They also do not show up or will show up at 9am Everyday! Calling to speak with a Supervisor will be a waste of time because they do not take anything serious. They do not care if your Child is tardy or can not get to school every day!

If I could give less than a star I would customer service they're polite but they have no idea what they're doing when they're doing it what questions to ask And then they go hold please and your on hold for over 40 minutes and then they will click over and go did we answer your question

Was at flamingo and Durango today at 430pm and saw right in front of me a bus #15803 speed through and run a red light ..... tried to report him and they would not pick up the phone ....why do these bus drivers get away with this kind of stuff .... and believe me the light was red when the driver went through ...what the hell , not sure if any kids were in there .....
