Just bought my 2nd Trek mountain bike and a MIPS helmet there. They had to special order my size bike, but it arrived very quickly and I couldn’t be happier! They had a wide range of selection and I was able to test ride several bikes before settling on the 2018 X Caliber 8. One of the perks about buying from this dealer is that you get 2 free tune up within the first year! Prices were competitive and lower than ordering directly from Trek; I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. I have had several of my bikes in here numerous times and they always get things done even when other shops tell me they can’t do anything about it. Specifically, I have had multiple warranty issues on SRAM products that they are always very willing to work with and resolve in reasonable time. I’ll continue to bring business here.

Matt was really helpful and introduced me to the "dark side": road bikes. I've been a mountain man my whole life, but he helped me understand the road bikes well enough to feel confident!

The best bike shop in the west valley. The help is finnominal, so friendly , knowledge . They have help us our a plot. Doug his alot of help

Been into the store a handful of times. The guys were helpful. I had my intense carbine serviced. I Was happy up to then. I even wrote a 5 star review.  After that I Spent thousands of dollars on a new Stache carbine 9.7 (had a small crash). Broken frame. They didn’t  even ask me to bring the bike in to get looked at. So I posted on my Facebook page about my frustration about my crash and wondering what can be done. A friend called landis for me and spoke to their friend Rob the mechanic and he told me  to bring the bike in that morning. I brought the bike in and they went through their process and ended up helping a great deal. New frame on the way. Super disappointed with the customer service after spending over 6k in their shop between the New bike and other stuff I have bought from them. I even went in after all that and spoke with the owner and gave him a chance to do something. I run a service business and try to do my best to rectify challenges. Nothing!
