It's ok, it is definitely the recognized place for renting trucks. Their rental deposit return is a bit scammy. The last truck I returned, they kept some of my deposit because, even though the truck was fueled and the box was swept, there was dust on the bumper.

Fast and efficient.  Tried to up charge me on addl miles but backed off when I objected.

The transit vans are new and much easier to drive than a box truck. The transit van has cruse control and great mirrors.
