Very helpful and friendly staff. They allowed last minute changes with ease and no hassle. Trucks were very clean and well maintained. Prices are a little high but nothing wild. I had to drive out of town so the extra cost for that was quite a surprise.  Thats the only reason for not a  5 star.  Everything else was great

I've rented from here 3 times since my husband and I moved to Bloomington, and I've had nothing but good experiences. Good service, trucks are always ready to go, and pricing is reasonable.

Absolute worst. Do not depend on these liars and scammers! Manager KM is disrespectful, rude, and completely unhelpful.
