With out Going into details, I would rent a pack train of mules before I did business with Terry. One the most rude men I have ever met my life. I wish he would move his operation to Texas. He would be shot dead in a week. This small event happened this morning, with a girl he went to high school with. I can only imagine how he treats people he is not life long friends with. Place would make Fred Sanford embarrassed. Thank God he is in Maryville. I'm sure they ran his sorry ass out of Troy. Avoid at all costs,seriously.

Horrible service! Go somewhere else!!!This place is not only unprofessional and rude, they basically try to con you out of more money if you don't know exactly what you are dealing with. Absolutely awful place! I would go anywhere else other than here.

We had rented a truck a week in advance and received a confirmation email on when to pick it up. We arrive morning of at the scheduled time and our truck was given away to a customer with no reservation that just walked in. On top of that the living organism behind the counter said it was not his problem and that we had to call customer service to deal with the problem. When we insisted that it was his fault and he needed to fix the problem he then proceeds to threaten to call the cops on us if we didn't leave when all we wanted was the truck he owed us. Not only will I never return to this site i hope this for warns anyone of the trouble this place causes. If I could give no stars I would. I would give it 5 poo emojis though.

RENTED FROM THIS LOCATION AND WAS GREETED BY THE VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL HEAVY SET OWNER. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST TRUST ME!!!!! HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
