U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I called and asked if the had a car dolly at this location. I was told that they did. The man even asked me what kind of vehicle I was going to tow and what kind of vehicle I was going to be towing it with. Gave him the information. My husband went just a couple of hours later to pick it up. When he got there a young boy told him that they didn't have any car dolly. Do Not Use This Location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. the old man is literally insane and he chased me off the property for asking questions. This isn't a lie. I literally was feared for my life and had to spin out of there. The investigation of the location is still in place but I don't recommend anyone going there. Find another location

I had a reservation and was supposed to pick up a truck at this location. There was a glitch and my reservation had to be rescheduled, so I called. The person who answered the phone was absolutely rude, condescending, and hung up on me. I certainly understand planning for trucks to be in a certain location is problematic, often depending upon previous rental drivers to return the equipment. The "not my problem" response from this U-haul dealer only made the situation worse.
