Ulta Beauty

The customer service here is atrocious!! I went in on Thursday night. Two girls were standing around talking, ignoring customers, and adding more makeup onto the 10 pounds they already had on their faces. I looked at items throughout the whole store and the only person who was friendly was the cashier who rang up my purchases! She was a pretty blonde who was very sweet and chatty. Her name tag said she was a Lead Cashier. She should be promoted to manager and whip those snobby makeup girls into shape! Either that or clean house and get some people in there who actually WANT to be there!!

I am really happy with Ulta. I went in afew times in the past couple years to get a quick up-do and make up done. The Mac girl was great!

At this facility, I am rarely greeted and most off the time I have to hunt a staff member down for help, which is rather time consuming, because it seems like the staff here ignore me. I was jipped of my "birthday gift" due to a shortage, yeah I'm still salty about that. If anyone's interested in working here, they pay about $10.25 to start, you get 25% off products, and a larger discount on salon services.

I come here at least once a week. Super friendly staff and a lot of makeup products!
