The night manager is great. The dayshift manager is ok too. The guy who now delivers to Sun Valley needs to be less of a yard critic and more of a postman. I was supposed to receive a package that I paid for. The new postman decided to send it back because of some "problem with address". I called the post office to try to find out what the problem was. He kept my packages there so I can retrieve it instead of them sending it back. I found out that the postman said that my place "looked abandoned" (although there are registered vehicles parked in the yard) and instead of leaving a note inside my mailbox he took it upon himself to declare my place abandoned and didn't want to give me my mail I guess until my yard was up to his standards. After leaving a sternly worded note in my mailbox for him and talking to the supervisor (who was very helpful) I got my package and hopefully will receive my mail from now on regardless of how behind on my weed pulling I get.

Every time I order from Amazon, I either dont get my package or the post office will mark it as delivered and I won’t get it for days. I’m going to have to use Amazon Lockboxes for now on bc I just can’t trust the post office .

Losing packages, I have been waiting for my new glasses to come in the mail, I just learned that Sparks USPS just sent them back with no notice left in my mail box. This service is getting worse, almost as bad as UPS service. And they are trying to continue to be in business???? I wish there was another company that would take over all of them and have a great service.
