William is very patient & spent 10 min looking for a package that was sent to wrong apt #. All the employees have always been polite & helpful.

After the Northwest Reno post office sold me a money order, LOST IT, and gave me incorrect information when I tried to cancel it, this location fixed things. Five stars for William, who was the staff member who helped me out here.

I agree with these negative posts. Not only don't they knock on your door they don't even get the right house! Seems to me that they don't even look at addresses when they deliver a package. I have seen them go to the wrong house before with one of my packages. When I called the post office they were rude saying that they didn't screw up. After arguing with them I finally got my package later that day. I'm very disappointed in the professionalism that surrounds the office and their drivers. If they don't like their job they should quit and let someone else do it that doesn't mind getting packages to the right addresses. They need to take the time to make sure that deliveries are not delivered to another address. Look at the package and the number on the house. Really simple if you ask me.

On more than on occasion they did not make an attempt to deliver a package when the website stated that they did, this just happened again yesterday. The website states that a notice was left and there wasn't anyone to sign for the package. NO notice NO knock and I waited all day. Unfortunately this was on Saturday and I am unable to call or pick up the package until Monday. I did see the mail truck drive by on Sunday at around 10:45 which seemed a little odd, and when I tried to flag it down they kept driving. Still NO notice, NO knock. This was Monthly supplies for my disabled husband, I'm super pissed.
