If I could rate 0 stars I would. It’s ridiculous how my packages most of the times never shows up when they’re supposed to. Even when I pay the extra money for it to be received at my mail box or my apartment at a certain day. Then I get a slip for me to go down to the post office and pick up my package when I paid extra money for it to be delivered early and delivered straight to my door. Calling the post office is a joke!! I can never speak to a representative to figure out where is my package. I type in the package tracking number and the stupid automatic system still can not tell me where the package is. Mean while amazon has GREAT! Communication and is able to update me via text with my package, letting me know there’s been failed attempts to deliver the package when I’ve been home all day waiting and didn’t hear a damn knock at the door. It’s very frustrating because it’s been four days and I can not get a hold of anyone for my package. Meanwhile I’m home unable to leave the SECOND FLOOR apt to go to the post office due to my broken ankle. So I am very upset right now with USPS when it comes to my packages!!

This place really needs to learn about customer service. I asked about holiday stamps and the postman tapped a few examples on their flyer on the counter. No words. Just tapping. I asked about one on the flyer that apparently wasn't available. Rather than using his words he just tapped harder and slower at the ones I could choose from. That alone is why I'm giving this place two stars. I would have done four or higher if the postman didn't treat me like a retard.

This post office issued me a money order, and when it was lost (IN THE MAIL) the staff gave me incorrect information. They said there was nothing they could do, then another woman said I had to wait at least 30 days (it had been 2 weeks). They took down my name and number and said their supervisor would call me when he came back from lunch, but he never did. The USPS website states: “-We’ll replace a lost or stolen money order. There is a $5.95 processing fee. -Go to your local Post Office location to complete and submit PS Form 6401 Money Order Inquiry. -After you submit the form, check the Missing Money Order List for your money order serial number. -When we’ve determined the status of your money order, we’ll issue you a replacement.” But staff of this post office location just couldn’t be bothered to do the work. I drove to the next closest location and filed a claim for the missing money order, which took all of 5 minutes.
