United States Postal Service

This office delivers to us in Lemmon Valley and I must say WHAT A JOKE!!! We get our mail @ noon,4:30,6:30,8:30 and many other times because of substitutes, I called and made a complaint with the manager and she was very very rude in saying "You get your mail when you get your mail carriers have the right to take days off". I noted to her that I have seen 5 different faces delivering to us within the past week alone and they do not know the route like our normal carrier who normally does a great job but we seem to be the dump run and not customers of value. She rudley stated "There is nothing I could do except deal with it"!!! So I hung up and now my mission is to out this office on blast on all available social media until change happens as the service is rediculous at best and is mostly a joke!!! There management obviously needs to change with an attitude like that I can see clearly why we receive the quality of service that we do. We have received mail items that have been opened,broken,wrong addresses WTH??? SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE AND I WILL NOT QUIT UNTIL IT DOES.

Since a few weeks I don't receive my mail, despite tracking information which states that the package was delivered in my parcel locker (This is the second missing package within ONE WEEK which should have arrived according to the tracking information) Also important mail with a bank card never arrived, a few months ago the delivery person claimed I wasn't home when indeed I was waiting by the OPEN door. (I complained at our USPS office and talked to the manager about this case, but nothing changed) Also I constantly receive mail in my box that is not for us (a package just a few weeks ago, and other mail). Last week my neighbor across the street had my (important and timely sensitive!) mail. This delivery person either does not know her job, does not care or even worse. I am surprised that apparently a lot of people with a lacking worth ethic seem to work for USPS and be paid well! How do they even get away with it??? Everyone else would get their a... fired!

Missing Mail, If you are missing mail or get your neighbors mail don't blame your mail carrier. The problem is the mail sorters who sort the mail for your Mailman. The reason I know this is I had my mail held for a week while I was on vacation. I had several letters in the bundle that were my neighbors mail.

I never get my mail, it always ends up in other people's mail boxes. It's an issue out here in Cold Springs. There was post on our community page and our postal worker posted very rude comments stating that we should just not go through USPS and to stop being lazy and go to the store and buy our stuff. Also put a rude note in my neighbors mailbox in regards to the post on the community page. It's not professional. And isnt it a felony to stick a note like that in someone's mailbox? I wish there was a way to email or contact the supervisor. I saved the screen shots and would like to share them with her boss.

Its a good post office expect during the holiday season, last time I went in there to mail a package there was only One person at the counter and a line going past the door. There was no one else coming out to help, so I just left after a hour of the line barely moving and went Ups to shipped they were better.
