The postal agent effectively explained that I needed to apply by mail and then cancelled my appointment without allowing me to take the passport photos. Very effectively explained the process but very inteffective for customer service and satisfaction. Ride and careless. I drove 4 hours, for this first of three appointments and now have to find another place to get same day passport photos 4 hours away from home. Nearest post office with passport services to my home is 85 miles away. If you require assistance or customer service, don't go there :(

Stay away if you can. This is the closest one to our home and well we use it out of convenience but it's a hell hole. I'm not sure any post offices are great anymore. I guess that's what you get when you are government funded with no pay for performance metric involved. One evening after hours I walked in to drop something in the overnight box and in the lobby a bum was sleeping. I had to step over him to get to the box. I wasn't sure if he worked there and was staying late or it was just too cold in South Meadows to sleep outside. 2 stars because a few years ago they did something about all the dyeing grass and weeds throughout the parking lot. Looked like something out of a scary movie.

If I could give zero stars I would. Problems I've had with this office in the past two years: - They mark packages "delivered", that are not delivered. They drop them off the next day. - When I sign up for package pickup and choose a specific day, they do not come until the next day. I have spoken to the supervisor via phone on this issue, he said he marks them "complete" and it was an accident. It's happened at least three times. - Packages in our mailbox have been opened. - Our neighbors mail gets mixed up with ours regularly. - The mail courier is just downright crabby and has a bad attitude. Right now I have a package I'm waiting on from Amazon. Amazon says delivered; package is not in our mailbox, or our front porch, where the courier usually tosses them. I guess I'll get it tomorrow, maybe?

The person who delivers mail from this location is worse than I have ever experienced. I get wrong mail all the time and yesterday took the cake. I was to receive a pkg and I was home ALL DAY. I never received it and when I looked at the status it shows that he attempted delivery but no one was home which is NOT TRUE.. Either he went to the wrong house or couldn't be bothered so he just put that on the slip. I never received an attempt notice either. Everyone in my neighborhood has had problems with deliveries. I have spoken several times to the MGR at this location but nothing is ever done to fix the issue

Package was not delivered due to the mailbox being too small. The carrier did not leave a packaging slip so I could pick up at the office. The carrier tried to deliver the package the next day and for the second time did not deliver the package due to the mailbox being too small and again did not leave a slip so I could pick up the package at the office. I guess they expected the mailbox to magically grow overnight. I had to call the office so they could specifically tell the carrier to leave the parcels at the office so I can pick them up tomorrow. Hopefully I’m able to without a packaging slip.
