"Lost" is a word that I often associate with the USPS. I went to this branch to drop off several big books that needed to be returned to a library in Carson City. A library employee claimed that they never arrived. My family member, the actual borrower, ended up being grilled for the publications that the USPS lost. I also shipped some merchandise at this location and the buyers never received them. I opened investigations for their whereabouts, and lame lamentations were the only things that the USPS compensated me with for these items that they lost. I consequently lost quite a bit of money. Since its lost workers' frequent irresponsibility is evident, the USPS has lost my trust.

These lazy punks are the worst post office I've ever dealt with, this is a review that applies to all the post offices in the area. We are running a business and require the mail to go out every single day. We are consistently skipped for pickup, and lucky if they show up once a week. They are rude and lazy. I have one mailman that I can count on. And if he's off for personal time then good luck because the other turds have no work ethic

In person they are nice to me, help as soon as they can. But on the phone I was on hold over 30 minutes after being told I would only have to wait 10-15 minutes. I don't like being lied to... Update waited almost an hour.... I'm irritated. There's never many people there, most people are in and out when I'm there....they have time to answer and they don't....

Always have found staff here very courteous and helpful in spite of the continuous large volume of people using this station. BRAVO TO EMPLOYEES!!

So apparently the post office has decided to be the most incompetent organization on the planet. Package was supposed to be delivered to my office today, they delivered the mail. While almost forgetting to take out going... But marked that they didn't have access for my package... 60 minute wait time on the phone because they care about my experience as an unwilling consumer.
