US Auto Sales

If I could this company zero stars I would. I purchased my car on May 18, 2018, and less than five days the engine went out, brakes were failing,key fob would not respond. I called complain and to see what they can do. I was advised by Russell: "It is your responsibility to make sure the car is fine and its not our fault. We may waive the deductible. We cab reimburse up to $35 for a rental car. After I advised him he sold me a lemon he stated he will never assist me again" After getting of at 6pm i called and spoke with a rep Dwight. I explained the situation, he became irritated while on the call and stated Russell was in a closing, and to callback. I advised that I will hold he became irate and said he would transfer me to Russell. Instead I spoke with Randy. I asked for the manager again, and that this is horrible customer service response: "We do not service customers once we sell the car that is it. We dont care and its nothing we can do. Russell is not going to speak with you" he placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I had to speak with a different office to file a complaint with Veronica. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARS ARE USELESS, AND NEED TO GO OUT BUSINESS. I plan on following up with BBB, a lawyer, and with the state of Georgia. This is not how a company should conduct their business!!! I will make it my goal to make sure know one else encounter this experience. UPDATE THEY HAVE COMPLETELY STOLEN MY MONEY ADDED A REPO TO MY CREDIT VERONICA LOPEZ AND RUSSELL WILL NOT ASSIST AT ALL. THIS COMPANY TAKE MONEY AND WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING!!!!

I had the best experience during the purchase of my SUV. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was completely new to buying a car. They got me. I would never go to this dealership again. I would never recommend this place. I pay entirely too much for a 14 Chevy spark.

Never get a car from here! I got a 2011 ford focus from them in 2016 and it's been problem after problem. So far I've paid over $1,300 to have different things fixed and still something else is wrong. Regret ever doing business with them.

The staff here was professional and efficient! They did not force me into what they want me to have. I would highly recommend this location. And a special shout out to my sales woman Lisa!!!!
