Overall, the UTA officers are pretty good. I didn't have such a good experience on the train today, however. I was SB to Provo on FrontRunner and there was not a lot of time for me to get seated. The officer was annoyed when I was trying to find my card, as it was in my bag. I should have a few minutes to sit down and get situated before having to find my fare card. 

Also, whats up with being checked twice or three times on the train. That has happened before, too. Fare Enforcement should be as easy for riders as possible. I have no problem with tapping. I just have a problem with it being a hassle.

How is it that 7 years after the DHS sent out a memo and US Supreme Court decision on Public Photography that these Officers still don't what the laws are ? Who is training these officers ? BTW an Apology probably would have went a long way for Illegally detaining that man. How is it in this day and age that you don't have a Complaint Form Online for citizens to access ?
