I would give 0 starts if able. They stood me up and wasted a whole day of my time. I was trying to get service activated at my residence. They said they would give me a 30 minute call prior to coming. They called. The guys said he would be at my house soon. I drove home from work, when I got there I waited 30 minuets, when I called the company back they said the service man was called away for an emergency and they would call me again when he was on the way back, however they didn't know when that would be. They didn't call to tell me he wouldn't be there. So I have to drive home twice that day. They completely didn't care about this inconvenience and didn't take any money off of my service charge.

The different people I spoke to on numerous calls were all very rude. I was told it was an all day appointment and he could show up anytime after 730am. He showed up at 930am and I woke up at 9:32 because of my dog barking with him at The door. I went to The door and he was gone and left a note. I called and they couldn't reschedule another appointment for 2 more days. Woke up at 7am and waited all day and he finally showed up at 230pm. Couldn't even turn on my gas because the maintenance guy who works at my apartment complex was bleeding The lines to another hot water heater or something. So the dude left and couldn't turn it on so The maintenance guy did. So I paid 80 dollars for a dude to show up and not even turn it on. Also ridiculous you have a choice of him showing up all day or a 30 minute ahead of time phone call and if you don't answer he doesn't show up at all.

100% true review by the first customer. Their customer service team was rude and did not help us at all. I got possession on my home on 12/15/2016. I called them on 12/14/16 to transfer service on my name and they already did it through phone. Next day we went to take possession of our home, we saw notice on our door that service has been disconnected as per your request (previous owner request). Inside the home was cold (9 degree F temp.). I called customer service and they schedule for technician to come and will call 30 minutes time. We had our 7 months old boy whose skin was getting red. I called them need service in emergency but they ignored. We went out for lunch and spent time in grocery and restaurant. When we were coming towards home the technician called that he was outside of our home (not a 30 minutes time window!!). We reached home and open door for him to let him in and he turned on the service. I was really disappointed with their customer service team.

This energy company has terrible customer service. I called to start an account and get the gas turned on. The technician did not show up even after waiting for hours past his promised arrival time. I called to check up on the technician and they said the techs were not monitored by the company and they could not find out what was going on. They also failed to transfer gas into my name, which I found out two weeks later. They refused to schedule a follow up appointment with a technician, saying pilot lights were not their responsibility, despite previously scheduling a no show. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful and refused to transfer me to a manager even when I asked. It's terrible that they get away with treating their customers so poorly just because they are big business without any local competition. Will be filing complaint with BBB. It's not fair to stamp on the little people this way.
