Outrageous rates and my power shuts off all the time. Never thought I'd say it, but I actually miss Duke. Wow!

Electric always going out. Really quite tired of the poor service that is provided and when you call to report an outage you always get a busy signal. Not a good way to conduct buisness in my opinion.

My mother helped me love to South Carolina and needed to return home to Indiana. To rent a car you need copies of your utility bills. I called to explain the situation and was transferred three times without notice. The last person I talked to was without a doubt the rudest person I've ever dealt with in any customer service capacity. He repeatedly cut me off saying "we don't do that" without letting me finish or explaining what it was they didn't do. He kept asking "is that it?" Really, not "anything else I can help you with"...is that it. Then when I asked to have the number for the correct remc he said "your mother pays the bill she should know who to call". Absolutely disgraceful. You should not have a job and you should be ashamed for speaking to a customer that way. Glad I never had to deal with these jokers, sorry that my mother does.

1. Rudest person I've ever spoke to on the phone. 2. I have to drive an hour away to setup service in 2017.

Awesome electricity. I turn stuff on and whamo....a small wiff of ozone and then the flow of amazing 100 percent grade A power.
