Vinnie's Chicago Sandwich Shop

This place has been here for a while. My. Girlfriend and I went looking to try something we haven't had before. Great choice. Sanwhiches were delicious, played cards while waiting. Food is good, reasonably priced and a decent atmosphere. Will be going again some time.

Staff was friendly and I liked the decor. Food itself wasn't the best though. All the items on the menu are almost identical to each other. Quality of the meats and bread wasn't the best. I think this place would be better off with a build your own option.

Food was good, bread was awesome decor was cool, but the customer service is trash, and as much as I like the food, I don't like the the attitude of the worker. Will not be going back or recommending. Just plain rude, not one smile, nothin... Uncomfortable experience.

This place is amazing. I've tried their meatball sub as well as the veggie sub and they are both really tasty. This is a great "go to" if you don't know what to eat since there are limited options I. The area. I try to stop by every time I visit.

When my coworker suggested we go to a local sandwich shop for lunch I was bracing myself for disappointment. He had a gigantic meatball sub and a cup of chicken quinoa kale soup. Everything looked great! I had a house special normal size sub and it was delicious and filling. My order came with a side of homemade potato salad which was good. The bread was fantastic! So many places that “bake their own bread” just bake premade frozen loaves. The owner said she has fresh bread delivered daily from a local bakery. The bread was so good! My entire sandwich was oven toasted. I’ll be back next time I am in town!
