Window World of Rockford

I only gave 1 star because they did a pretty good job on my windows but I've referred them to my Son and 2 neighbors and they have done a TERRIBLE job and still haven't completed the work!! All 3 referrals have been brought the wrong Windows!! Seems as though they lost the ability to read a Tape Measure!!?? When I refer someone it's like giving my word!! HUGE mistake I won't make again!!

The crew putting in the window were very fast and accurate, we were very pleased with the expertise way our picture window was installed. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I have a friend who needs windows replaced and she was going to call Window World for an estimate, we told her how happy we were with ours and the way your crew installed it.

Our overall experience was wonderful! Drew and his crew of installers are professional, courteous, and completed the job in a timely fashion! It's evident to us that they take great pride in their work and are a great reflection for the company's reputation! We are also very happy with the windows we had installed and can already tell a difference in the heating/cooling! Also our salesman, Ed was very professional and took great care in measuring and making sure we were going to be satisfied with our purchase! Thank you Window World of Rockford

A huge thank you to Window World and their installation crews. I had windows, doors, and siding installed recently and couldn't be happier. Their crews were professional, timely, and accommodating. Thanks and I'll definitely recommend you to friends and family.

The guys that came out to replace all of our windows were very professional and worked like a well oiled machine. I have and will recommend them, especially if you are looking to replace at a reasonable cost. By leaving the existing frame our original oak moulding around our windows, the tile around our kitchen window and our exterior stone work were all left intact. For me, that was the biggest bonus and selling point to these windows. It has only been about a month and we haven't endured a Midwest winter yet, but with their warranty, I don't think there is much to worry about.
