Pile Em UP Bobs

Picture cement block building with heavy duty grates over the windows and door. Walk into a large open room with a block wall and 2 large windows almost like an all-night gas station. The server is behind the partition taking orders, and you can see people in the back cooking and cleaning. I wasn't sure what to expect, but there were worker trucks and a dump truck outside, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try. Like it's name the food is piled high. My take out box would not even close all the way. I ordered a double cheesburger and onion rings. The burger was big and unctuous with no complaints at all. The onion rings were a surprise. They were crunchy and delicious; but the real surprise was the amount. Usually, you get 4 or 5 in an order at most FF places, but not here Easily 15-20. If you are in the area, then look past the exterior and the interior and stop in to grab a great hearty bite to eat.

Me and my coworkers go to Bob's at least twice a week. It's a stand and wait take out. The food is priced right and the servings are great! The woman who works the counter is always nice. Best BLT in town. Burger and fries are on point too! Wheelchair accessibility: Gravel lot to concrete, ground level

I love the gizzards and fries. My mom loves the fish, and my son loves the burgers. Every time I'm on that side of town, I can't help but stop. Service is fast and friendly.Food: 5/5

Greatest bacon breakfast platter of all time. Parking: Easy to drive up and easy to leave.

Got the bacon double cheeseburger and it was super tasty. Chili as a free topping is bomb. Fries are also super good and it's all for a pretty good price!

This place has Great Southern food such as liver mush chicken gizzards chicken wings and breakfast Etc of food assortment One of the last places that exist in West Side Charlotte getting business for a long time before the city boomFood: 3/5

The fries were not what I expected. They were the small skinny fries. I like the bigger fries much better. The burger was okay. It just had too much mayo and ketchup on it.

Bob's is great. Plenty of food, very affordable. Been coming here for years and always good. You'll be back. Bring your friends to impress them, it's a hidden gem, know in the neighborhood and with working folks but missed by many all over town. I personally usually get cheeseburger and fries but onion rings are really good and sometimes I get chicken but burger is personal choice. I bet you won't be disappointed whatever you get unless you don't like be helpings or good food.

Been going here for over 20 years. A true hidden gem. One Charlotte's last remaining hole in the wall spots that hasn't turned into a brewery or pub. It's a no frills type of place for take out only. The food is always good and they give you plenty at a reasonable price.
