2 Military Hospital Wynberg

My name is Nomfuneko Lamani. I received the best service ever in this Hospital, the food was good, the staff, nurses and doctors they all caring and they love their job. That's the only thing I will ever miss in Cape Town,unfortunately here in JBH no Hospital like 2mil Hospital. Thank you for saving my life 2mil.

2 MIL - Absolutely top class hospital. Unfortunately I have been dealing with 1 military hospital's ineptitude since I was born. Yesterday I had to take my 87 year old dad to casualties at 9pm for a broken leg and was absolutely stunned. The staff were efficient, friendly and compassionate. He was then transferred to the High Care unit where the staff too were awesome. The hospital itself is beautiful, clean and modern. What a pleasure dealing with 2 Military hospital!!!!!! staff

We go to emergency because of severe kidney infection and a Dr and 3 nurses get edgy because you coming in after hours. As if sickness has time. Didn't ask all the answers on questionnaire just filled out out. Honestly disgusting that this can be allowed. Truly shocking. As a nurse and Dr theey should be stripped of that title

Terrible! Been dodging potholes as huge as my car for years now. No one is fixing it. Took a day off from work to drive my parents to hospital, only to be sent away because the person booking the appointments booked my dad on the day the doctor is not available. No phone call to cancel, NOTHING. No work no pay in my case. I wish they can hire competent staff! Fix the potholes, stop hiring friends!

2 Military Hospital ER is run by amazing, capable and very competent medical personnel. They will do whatever they can to render a service to patients. Don't forget the admin staff working in the ward master department. They are very efficient and work very long shifts.

The Major General and top management are very good and professional,but the civil doctors especially in the general family department and the doctor from the radiology department are so unhumman and aggressive. they don't care and listen to the patient story and treat people like dirt. this is the experience i had. been shouted and been called names just because i needed them to know my point. no listening on their side. so disappointing.

Absolutely pathetic. Doesn't even let the next of kin know of any progress of the patient and if we didnt call we wouldn't even have known he passed away. My granddad had to call me from the ICU on his phone to ask me If I can call the ICU nurse on the telephone to assist him because they are not responding to when he calls.

Absolutely disgusted by the so called care given by the nursing staff in the combined ward! My elderly grandmother was admitted for 2 days for testing. She was refused assistance when she needed the bathroom ending up in her wetting herself on more then one occasion and a bedpan was thrown at her onto her bed like a dog, cutting her hand open! When I asked how my grandmother is doing I was repeatedly told she's fine but she came home worse then before she went in! She said she asked a nurse to help her off the bed to just stretch her legs because she was in pain as she's had multiple surgeries on her spine and she was shouted at and had fingers pointed in her face. I am furious!!!

Drs,OT, Psycology and social ďept were very professional. The nursing personnel was iñteractive and shown interest into every patients needs and treatment. Very impressive.

My father has just been discharged about half past 7 tonight and I'm appauled by the condition they left him in he soiled himself and was unable to help himself to the bathroom but there was absolutely no assistance, also when we fetched him the staff was rude and not helpful at all I am utterly disappointed
