The Friends of the Children's Hospital Association (FOCHA) is based at the Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital in Cape Town.
The Friends of the Children's Hospital Association is a voluntary support group to the Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital that believes that physical and emotional healing work simultaneously. It seeks to provide amenities, assistance and care to the patients and families of the hospital.
The organisation depend solely on the support of the community and businesses. With the help of the community and businesses they are to provide assistance in making hospitalization more comfortable for the children and their families - because happiness is going home.

The Friends of the Children’s Hospital Association (FOCHA) is the lead organization providing non-medical support to patients, their parents and caregivers at the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital (RCWMCH).

The FOCHA provides holistic support to the RCWMCH by offering resources and support to patients, caregivers and immediate families.
In the care and recovery of sick children, FOCHA offers varied support that encourages active participation by the parents and caregivers.
Partnerships with the volunteers, the community and the donors ensure sustainability.
