Best and honest company in Capetown! I love renting a car with Bluu in the City Center. It's always a great service, the car is always completely full with fuel, the car-check is done correct and good. The cars are in very good conditions. If you don't want to refill the car after your rental period, they will charge only R40 for refilling it for you + the costs for the fuel - same price as they buy it at the gas station. The only thing I could complain about is that this branch in the city center closes at 2 PM on Saturday and Sunday - keep that in mind. It does not extra costs if you return your car at the Airport CPT, but then you have to take an Uber back to the city. In South Africa you never get full insurance without paying something by yourself if an accident happens. I recommend Check24 for german users. You can also rent cars at Bluu with Sunnycars by using Check24 - then you've got full cover and get all costs back in case that something happens. Take care!

Very bad atitude of the workers and not helpfull at all Made me loose 1 hour and the lady was racist

Great experience with a really helpfull Staff. We had booked through a different company which canceled our booking the night before. The staff at bluu car rental took really great care of us especially Jodi who tried everything that we would still get a car and could start our vacation. Also the manager was really helpful. Here we felt that they care about their customers and have a great customer service. Thanks again for everything

Very bad service from booking the car until the drop off the vehicle. I tried to extend my rental the service was so bad, I decided not to extend anymore. Many of the Bidvest brand are like that just look at Walton Stationary. I think was once a great stationary store.

I just need someone to help them justify charging for 19 Litres to refill when I only drove 161km in January. In a Renault Kwid that supposedly uses 4 and a half litres per 100km. I was never in any traffic, 95% spent on open road.

The team at Blu Car hire were amazing, we left our house keys in the car and only realized at around 18:30 on returning home, the team helped us by having someone return to the shop after hours to help us retrieve our keys. Thank you! Great customer service!!
