Galleria Mall

Fulfilled day..lots of games..for all ages. We did bowling, mini golf, pool and other games..thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for my son's 18th birthday.

This mall is HUGE. Everything you need under one roof. Views from the ferris wheel are great and at only R30 per person, real value. Could upgrade their parking system so that you can tap your bank card at the exit gate instead of paying cash at the kiosk.

One of the family-friendly malls in Durban. Lots of restaurants. Lots of fun activities for the entire family- especially families with little ones . There are so many different rides all year around and even a free play area near the food court area for little children to play as parents watch over them while eating. Easily navigated too. Lots of clothes stores and supermarkets. There is a Movie Theatre, ice skating rink, and kart racing. Lots of things to do.

The Mall is clean and neat, albeit busy most times. The suggestion I have is to have a fixed allocated pick up point for bolt, Uber and in-drive taxis. Say on the top parking area that is the least congested with traffic next to an entrance and to make people aware of this service. This will avoid the utter confusion that takes place when ordering these transport services. Aside from that the mall is generally very clean and there are seats distributed throughout this large Mall. Staff and security I found friendly and polite when dealing with people.

I had a recent terrible experience at a restaurant at at Galleria Mall. The mall management was fantastic in assisting me. Happy boy and Angel, together with another gentleman, was so kind and helpful. They are an awesome team!! I was so grateful for their assistance. They handled the situation so professionally that I didn't need to complain to anyone else. What a lovely experience!!! Thank you Galleria, your customer service is absolutely incredible !!!! What I loved about today's trip is that there were several directions on the mall which were a bit confusing but I enjoyed it more as I used the map making things so simple.

What a fantastic mall. I needed to do some clothing shopping and all the stores I needed to buy from, I got them all under one roof. Loved it!

This mall has a healthy variety of shops where you get excellent service and consumer friendly treatment. Specially S.P.C.C. are to be mentioned alongside with Cotton On. We bought goods in both stores and went home to the South Coast. Afterwards we discovered some mistakes with the goods purchased. After weeks of returning and no more till slips we took a chance and asked if they could help us. The experience was most pleasant. No questions asked, no hesitation. The goods were exchanged with a smile. 100% to both of you

The Mall is always clean, and is not oversized. It's easy to get around. The Mall has most of what is needed. Never have any problems there.

Wow as far as shopping centres go they truly have all the branded stores and so much more. Not saying anymore,check out this mall when in the area
