Ok, but not trying very hard. There is a proper espresso-machine, but only gathering dust. Have never seen it operational. I tend to judge a place like this, by their coffee.Rooms: 3/5
I attended a wedding at the lodge. Yet the view to get there was 10/10. The venue and staff was perfect. Lovely rooms, cheerful and energetic staff. Would recommend to anyone looking to break aways from the fast pace city life but still want to be comfortable. Noteworthy details: Air-conditioning in all rooms. Big swimming pool. Tv , lights and fan are still working through loadsheding.
We got married here and wow! We were absolutely blown away by the incredible service, venue, food and everything over and above! If you considering getting married here, it is an absolute must. We loved every moment and our gets loved every moment just as much.Rooms: 5/5
Beautiful mountain views Amazing service from the staff, James was a true legend. Wifi and cellphone reception not that good. Rooms are well equipped and had extra length beds.Rooms: 5/5
It was bad. The place uses 2 single beds as a double bed. They are so expensive in that you pay for everything, e.g. iron microwaves. Nothing is included in your daily fee. Lastly, the shower does not have partition, water runs all over toilet floor after showering. It is bad Rooms: Too small Food & drinks: Their juice was hot during breakfast and they do not have variety
Unfortunately we cannot give a 6 star!!! Best place we've experienced PH and owners are amazing people! We look forward to seeing you again soon!!
Great rooms and service, Road from steelpoort side is gravel but from burgesford side is tar road but far. Great views outside, swimming pool both outside & inside dining. Resturant available , dinner,lunch or breakfast. Safety: Free roaming animals in the yard.
Very quiet and peaceful guesthouse well off the very badly beaten track. The rooms are comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, staff are very friendly and the food is awesome. A great place to stay if in the Steelpoort area - pity about the road but that is not the guesthouse fault
Really nice offering. Enjoyed the food and accommodation. It was a quick overnight stay so I didn't get to see much but it looked like a nice venue.Rooms: 4/5
Had a good time at the venue, from the guys at the reception, our servers Ignatius and James, our Barman aswell Cosmos, Our Game tour guide/ Driver Lionel very funny guy The room was perfect Food & drinks: Had the best best omelet for breakfast, Dinner was perfect compliments to the Chefs and our servers were top notch
