Master of the High Court, Johannesburg

My mom and I visited the Masters office today and I was very anxious. I am glad to report that we were assisted by very helpful and friendly people ie MaThabo, Mthokozisi and Ntate Silas. We were there for 2 hours and walked out understanding the process that must unfold. Thank you to the entire team including the security guards and the cleaning staff.

Worst service delivery, been coming here for months the woman is never at work. Yooh ayi shem they really don't care

The place was full of young and elder people who were the to present different issues

The staff there try their best to give great service, which they do of course As for Mabotwane securities those are the most rudest and unprofessional security guards I have ever come across, I mean everywhere I go those security guards know nothing about serving people/customers. I am starting to think that it's the instruction they recieve from their superiors

It is appalling the type of service given to the people that come here. The employees here don't care about their jobs or have any people skills. They don't give details or explain about the documents that will be needed. It's disgusting and unprofessional.

Judt cannot get help...systems always offline...staff very rude..no one tells you they close for public at 13.00....entire building open after 13.00...no security...can walk in and out...get checked in the morning..put keys and celphone in seperate box...yet after 13.00 free access to anyone. They get salaries

Handed required estate documents in September 2020. Numerous telephone calls go unanswered. Live almost 4 hours away. To date no response via my telephone calls nor have they contacted me. I do have a reference number. Holding back my progress at the GEPF offices as I retired in Oct 2020. Any idea how to get hold of them.

The system is up today. Yay. After a short wait I was given a letter to start gaterering further information, as well as a list of documents to bring next time.
