Teaching the original work of Joseph Pilates - Contrology
Our Studio is dedicated to servicing those at all fitness levels, from the general public to professional athletes and those requiring special care in the True Pilates Method of body conditioning. The Studio is owned by Deborah Spencer who has been teaching Pilates since 2001 and is now a teacher trainer for Romana's Pilates (www.romanaspilates.com). True Pilates Cape Town operates as a Training Centre directly linked with Romana's Pilates.
We recommend that all clients begin learning the method with a certified instructor on a one-on-one basis. This first step will allow us to design a program tailored to your specific needs. Our goal is to assist clients in achieving their full potential in strength, flexibility and control.
